Saudi Electronic University located in Saudi Arabia - Riyadh - Abu Bakr Siddiq Road - Prince Saud Ibn Muhammad Ibn Muqrin Road - Ar Rabi The Saudi Electronic University has strategic plans for opening new branches in the regions of Qassim, Abha, Al-Jouf in addition to the existing branches in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and AL-Madinah Al-Munawwarah. The existing branches have about 6.000 male and female students studying in various specializations needed in the Saudi job market. The Saudi Electronic University is a government university that represents one of the modalities of higher education, depends on distance educational method by using advanced technologies. The university provides an excellent and qualified modern education for all society members. It aims to offer higher education based on the best applications and technologies of e-learning, to transfer and localize knowledge and to support the mission and the concept of lifelong e-learning and distance education for all members of Saudi society. Saudi Electronic University is the only specialized university in distance education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that offers both graduate and undergraduate degree programs along with lifelong education.  The Saudi Electronic University includes four Colleges: - The College of Administration and Finance Sciences which includes the following departments: The department of Business Administration, The Department of Finance, The Department of Accountancy, and The Department of E-Commerce. - The College of Computer and Informatics which includes the following departments: The department of Computer Science, The Department of Information Technology, and The Department of Informatics. - The College of Medical Sciences which includes the following departments: The department of Medical Informatics and the Department of General Health. - The College of Science and Theoretical Studies. Saudi Electronic University will awarded academic degrees in programs and specializations compatible with the needs of the labor market and the requirements of development and lifelong learning. Saudi Electronic University was established by Royal decree on 8 October 2011. President of the University is Professor Abdullah Bin Abdul-Aziz Ibn Muhammad Al-Mousa.
