Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz International Airport Madina
Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz International Airport is a regional airport in Madina, Saudi Arabia, it is about 15 km away north-east from Madina, Opened in 1950. It is the fourth busiest airport in Saudi Arabia. It was opened in 1971 as a regional airport at the beginning of its construction, and the international flights were limited to it during the Hajj season only from Cairo, Damascus and Istanbul, and the large increase in the number of Hajj and Umrah flights led to change it to an international airport in 2006. The existing airport achieved international status in 2007.
