King Fahd University Hospital located in Al Khobar, it is only ten kilometres south of the University of Dammam (previously called King Faisal University). It was founded in 1981 earlier, its name was Al Khobar Educational Hospital then its name became King Fahd University Hospital. When The hospital was established the main goal was to provide three services: Curative services, Teaching services, and Researches. The hospital's main purpose is the training of students during their clinical years. It has a 440-bed capacity distributed in a four-floor building. Each floor has different suites and serves a different category of patients.
